定向井钻井技术及可变径稳定器应用研究

             

摘要

常规稳定器与钻铤构成的底部钻具组合(BHA)力学性能不能改变,若与实际要求不相符合时,必须起下钻更换.利用可变径稳定器替代常规稳定器可减少起下钻次数,降低油田建设开发成本.介绍了可变径稳定器在定向井的应用,并对100多口定向井进行试验分析,总结了可变径稳定器的优点.合理使用可变径稳定器不仅可以减少起下钻次数,还能显著提高井眼轨迹质量,降低狗腿度及减小扭矩和摩阻等.%This paper evaluates the use of downhole a djustable stabilizers through the tangent sections of directional wells.It includes a survey of more than 100 directional wells and illustrates typical applications of the tool.The strategic placement of under gauge and full gauge near bit and/or first string stabilizers to control hole inclination is now proving unnecessary.A correctly positioned adjustable stabilizer allows changes to be made to bottom hole assembly (BHA) without pulling out of hole.Not only can expensive BHA trips be avoided, but correct utilization of an adjustable stabilizer will improve the trajectory of hole section and minimize doglegs to reduce torque and pipe drag.
