螺旋式井下油气分离器基于离心分离和紊流化使气泡聚合的原理,最大限度地利用套管截面积来降低油气进泵前的回流速度,可以减少气体对泵的影响,提高抽油泵泵效,有效地使油流中的自由气在进入抽油泵前分离出来,特别对高含气井起到较好的气液分离效果.为更好地研究其工作特性,提高其油气分离效果,给出了分离器结构参数的设计计算公式.结合优化设计应用实例,对影响分离效果的螺旋参数、物性参数、操作参数进行了敏感性分析,对现场的应用设计具有指导 作用.%Downhole spiral gas separator based on the principle of centrifugal separation and turbulence aggregating bubble, uses cross-sectional area maximized to reduce the oil and gas return speed before into the pump, it can reduce the impact of gas on the pump, improve pump efficiency,and effectively separates oil and free gas before entering pump, in particular, it plays better on high gas well. In order to study the operating characteristics better and enhance its oil and gas separation, this article describes the separation working principle and formula of structural parameters, besides, examples with optimization applications is provided, while sensitivity analysis of parameters affecting the separation (spiral parameters, physical parameters, operating parameters) are carried out, the application has a guidance role.
