新型洗井防污染管柱研制和应用

摘要

Well flushing is the way to release paraffin deposition.During well flushing,especially the low pressure well, flushing liquid enters easily to formation,and pollution and damage.Using packer protection to flush tubing string is one of the important measures.The compress and selfsealing but it causes bending and side erosion, resulting unsealing.The newly flushing method solves these problems.%洗井是解决油井结蜡和结垢的重要手段之一.在低压井洗井过程中,洗井液易进入地层造成油层的污染和损害.采用带封隔器的洗井管柱是保护油气层的重要措施之一.新疆油田目前应用于洗井管柱的封隔器类型主要是压缩式和自封式,但存在着导致油管弯曲偏磨和油管蠕动造成密封不严等缺陷,研制的新型洗井防污染管柱能够很好地解决这些问题.
