Oil well perforation and sand control; separated zone sand control, mechanical fracturing,high temperature fracturing, artificial wall sand control and fiber sand control were introduced. The sand control in oil field was analyzed for its, present and tendency. Five types of gunwere developed for high , medium and low series to be suitable for kinds of oil reservoir. By the end of 2009, 330 wells were developed, and their production increased by 30 × 104 tons, sand control is 94％ ,and sand content is less than 0.03％.%介绍了辽河油区筛管防砂、分层防砂、机械压裂防砂、化学高温压裂防砂、人工井壁防砂、纤维防砂等典型油井射孔防砂技术.分析了该油区油井射孔防砂技术的现状及发展方向,目前已形成5种枪型,高、中、低3种参数的系列化防砂产品,适用于不同油藏状况.截至2009年底,已在辽河油田出砂较严重区块施工330口井,增油30×104 t,防砂成功率94.5%,防砂成功井地面测试油井含砂量＜0.03%,实现了射孔技术与防砂技术的结合.该技术施工程序简单,防砂生产效果好,是出砂油田高效开发的一条新途径.
