With the prolonging of water injection development in oilfield,the well condition is getting worse and worse. Due to the increasing of sand and impurity content in well fluid,the standing valve of oil well pump fails, the working life of oil well shortens and the oil exploitation cost increases. Therefore, XinYu Petroleum Machinery Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd in Puyang exploits a new-type particle deposition prevention pump. This pump can keep impurity depositing to valve seat,so the tightness of valve ball can be ensured effectively. The combination structure is a-dopted in top valve cage. The efficiency of oil well is enhanced and the breaking of the rod string is prevented by changing space of ball and eliminating stress concentration. The efficiency of extraction is improved and the pump detection period is extended. By eleven wells' application in Wenliu oilfield in 2011,we extended the average pump detection period by 37days.
