With the prolonging of water injection development in oilfield,the well condition is getting worse and worse. Due to the increasing of sand and impurity content in well fluid,the standing valve of oil well pump fails, the working life of oil well shortens and the oil exploitation cost increases. Therefore, XinYu Petroleum Machinery Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd in Puyang exploits a new-type particle deposition prevention pump. This pump can keep impurity depositing to valve seat,so the tightness of valve ball can be ensured effectively. The combination structure is a-dopted in top valve cage. The efficiency of oil well is enhanced and the breaking of the rod string is prevented by changing space of ball and eliminating stress concentration. The efficiency of extraction is improved and the pump detection period is extended. By eleven wells' application in Wenliu oilfield in 2011,we extended the average pump detection period by 37days. The populari zation and application value is possessed.%随着油田注水开发时间的延长,井况不断恶化,井液中含砂及其他杂质增多,导致抽油泵固定阀失效,油井免修期减短,造成采油成本增加.开发的新型防颗粒沉积抽油泵能有效地防止杂质沉积到阀座上,保证了阀球的有效密封.上游动阀罩采用复合式结构,通过改变球室空间及消除应力集中等,达到增效、防断的目的,从而提高了抽汲效率,延长了检泵周期.2011年在文留油田应用17井次,平均延长检泵周期37 d,具有推广应用价值.
