CPT-Y4型固井水泥车静态强度分析及改进

             

摘要

CPT-Y4 cement truck taken as the example for study, the cement truck and structural characteristics of frame were analyzed, frame three-dimensional geometry was established after a simplified frame structure model, based on the bearing characteristics of cement truck and finite element strength analysis of the driving cycle. The analysis results of the frame showed its higher levels of stress,and therefore its structure was locally improved. Improved frame girder and beam intensity were increased,stress value decreased around the frame, frame strength was greatly increased.%以CPT-Y4型固井水泥车为研究对象,分析了固井水泥车整车及车架的结构特点.在简化车架结构后建立了车架三雏几何模型,根据固井水泥车的承载特点和行驶工况进行了有限元强度分析.分析结果表明,车架的应力水平偏高,因此对其结构进行了局部改进.改进后车架的纵梁和横梁强度都有所加大,车架各处的应力数均减小,车架强度明显提高.
