侧开式合页空心抽油杆捞筒的研制与应用

摘要

Due to the wear and fatigue of the sucker rod, sucker rod broken, especially in oil well pumping,fishing operation was frequently carried out. At present, fishing tool was suit for solid sucker rod,while fishing hollow sucker rod,two problems exited with low success rate. The paper Introduces structure and operating principle of the side open type hinge overshot of hollow sucker rod. This tool has adopted direct fishing in the tubing,can fish various specifications of the sucker rod and the locking device,and has the advantages of simple operation and high efficiency.%由于管杆偏磨、疲劳等造成抽油杆断脱,在抽油井中更严重,使打捞作业频繁.目前的打捞工具适用于实心抽油杆,在打捞空心抽油杆时存在2个问题,成功率低.介绍了侧开式合页空心抽油杆捞筒的结构和工作原理.该工具采用在油管内直接打捞的方式,能打捞各种规格的抽油杆和防脱器,操作简单,作业效率高.
