In terms of current situation of plunger lift tech. and the field demand on the deliquification of gas wells,this paper put forward an improved solution to the system with on-line monitoring. During operation of system.downhole logging and data transmission have no side effect on the deliquification of gas wells. Instead of the traditional wire-line logging.the new system works in the closed environment with the advantages of compact mechanical structure.high service efficiency, good safety and less non-productive time. Via on-line monitoring tech. the new system pro-vide a significant basis for automated gas production and regulation of plunger lift in the future.%根据气井的生产需求,结合柱塞气举工艺的特点和技术现状,提出一种可进行在线监测的柱塞排液采气系统的设计方案.该系统在柱塞运行期间处于封闭状态,井下监测、排液采气和数据传输之间互不影响,具有结构紧凑、作业效率高、安全性好、关井停产次数少等优点.该技术的应用可在一定程度上取代传统的电缆测井方式,为今后柱塞气举的自动化生产与管理提供了重要的技术保障.
