BK-ZPJ-Ⅱ型开口式井下工具装配机的研制与应用

摘要

在井下工具的装配工艺中,目前是以人工装配为主,拧扣机辅助工作,效率低,装配精度无保证.研制了BK-ZPJ-Ⅱ型开口式井下工具装配机,以液压为动力,采用自动控制方式.钳口设计成上开口式,方便井下工具进出.设计了对中机构,保证井下工具的螺纹在拧扣前的中心线同轴.现场应用表明:该装配机设计合理,技术先进,使用方便,安全可靠,自动化化程度高,装配的井下工具符合相关规范的要求.%The assemble of downhole tools are mainly manual assembly,supplemented assembly by tightening machine,its low efficiency and precision assembly without guaranteed.BK-ZPJ-Ⅱ type open type downhole tool assembly machine was developed,the power provided by the hydraulic system,in automatic control mode.A centering mechanism to ensure the work piece in pairs was designed.Field application shows that the assembly machine has reasonable design,advanced technology,convenient use,safety and reliability,high intelligent degree,and assembly of downhole tools that meet the requirements of the specification.
