污水过滤装置数值模拟及分析

         

摘要

The model of de-oiling water separator was built by Gambit,and then the flow field in the model was numerically calculated by Fluent.The k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm were adopted in the simulation.Fluid flow regular and velocity distribution in the separator were studied.Handling capacity,pipe diameter,inlet position and other factors were taken into consideration for parameter selection and structure improvement.Such a numerical simulation method can provide theory support for separator structure optimization and choosing initialization.%应用Gambit软件对污水除油装置进行建模,并利用Fluent软件中的SIMPLE算法和标准k-ε湍流模型对污水过滤装置内部的流场进行数值模拟计算.研究装置内部流体运动规律和流速分布情况,并从处理量、管道直径、入口位置等方面考虑参数筛选和结构改进,为污水过滤装置结构优化及合理选择初始条件提供相应的理论支持.
