国内外分层连续试油技术方案研究

             

摘要

The necessity of the proportion enhancement of separate-layer testing is analyzed based on the existing problems of commingled oil test and returned oil test.The technical principles and characteristics of multilayer successive testing technologies are described in his article,such as multilayer perforating and testing with one-trip string,layered testing technology with intelligent valve,down-hole,one trip shift operation,wireless transmission,multilayer testing system,tes-ting/injection/producing system of a multi-zone well,multilayer fracturing with fixed sting and drainage integration string,layered testing/acid fracturing/well completion in carbonate forma-tion,etc.The conclusion is made that the available advanced multilayer successive testing technol-ogy should be promoted for high speed and high efficiency well-testing.%针对一井多层试油时合层试油与上返试油中存在的问题,分析了提高分层试油比例的必要性。阐述了一次管柱多层射孔-测试联作技术;电子智能阀分层测试技术;井下一次起下作业-无线传输-多层测试系统;一井多层测试-注入-生产系统;不动管柱多层压裂及排液一体化管柱;碳酸盐岩分层测试-酸压-完井-体化管柱等国内外分层连续试油技术的工艺原理及优缺点,得出了应加快推广先进适用的分层连续试油技术、探索试油提速提效的技术。
