单胶筒封隔式回接插头应用与分析

摘要

The drilling liner cementing has an unsolved problem with complex geological conditions of Yuanba gas field in northeast of Sichuan province,such as high temperature and high pressure, high sulfur,deep well depth.The cementing quality of overlapping period is poor,easily leading to oil,gas and water channeling.These problems seriously affect the continuous drilling operation and normal production of oil wells.Packer tieback device can be used to solve the problems of poor cementing quality of drilling liner overlapping section.This paper provides the comprehen-sive information about the new type packer tieback tools and field application.%川东北元坝气田由于高温、高压、高含硫、井深超深等复杂地质条件，尾管固井尚有未解决的难题，重叠段固井质量差，容易发生油、气、水窜。这些问题严重影响了钻井作业连续进行和油井正常投产。介绍了单胶筒封隔式回接工具的结构和工作原理以及现场使用情况，可解决尾管重叠段固井质量差的问题。
