封隔器胶筒密封性能测试系统研究

摘要

针对封隔器胶筒密封性能的测试，设计了一套高温高压测试系统。介绍了测试系统的基本组成和工作过程，开发了基于 PLC 的自动化控制程序，以 Lab VIEW 为测控系统开发平台，完成了封隔器坐封时胶筒与套管接触应力、轴向位移、上下压差随时间波动相关数据的采集、实时显示与存储功能设计。结果表明：通过本测试系统可以获得封隔器胶筒相关密封性能参数。%Aiming at testing the sealing property of rubber sleeve,a set of high temperature and high pressure test system was designed.The basic composition and working process of the test system are introduced in this paper,based on PLC,to develop the automatic control program,Lab VIEW is utilized as development platform for developing measurement and control system,to complete the design of the relevant data’s acquisition,real-time display and storage function,the data contains the contact stress between rubber sleeve and casing,axial displacement,differential pressure which fluctuant over time when the packer is seated.A conclusion is that through the test system,the tester can obtain the seal performance parameters of rubber sleeve.
