小排量潜油直驱螺杆泵采油技术研究与应用

         

摘要

Changqing Oilfield in Ordos Basin which is the typical,so called three-low Oilfield.More than 90% production wells are deviated,for which the pumping unit are utilized as the artificial lift system because of low production rate.Challenges for the production include the elimination tubing and rod eccentric wear and the limitation of enhancing the system efficiency.According to the above problems,the research and trials of electrical submersible progressive cavity pump (ESPCP)-direct drive is developed.The primary focus of the system is to minimize the permanent motor's OD to 100 mm without mechanical motor reducer,what's more,the combination of seal section with bag and labyrinth chamber turns into an excellent alternative for wells which present high angles of deviation and DLS.Additionally,the technology of monitoring fluid level realizes the remote cycle control in real-time by GPRS terminal platform and strengths the reliability of the ESPCP system.To date,ESPCP-direct drive has been implemented in 15 wells in Changqing Oilfield with 973 days of longest life span and 1 704 m of maximum pump depth.Additionally,the pump efficiency is up to 35%,the system efficiency increases to 2.5% and the comprehensive electricity save rate is up to 33.3 %.%位于鄂尔多斯盆地的长庆油田是世界上典型的“三低”油田,以定向并开发为主(占90%以上),采用抽油机有杆泵举升工艺,单井产液量低,存在杆管偏磨问题,效率提升困难.针对上述问题,开展了潜油直驱螺杆泵无杆采油技术研究与试验.研制出0100 mm小直径低转速大转矩潜油永磁同步电机,去掉了机械减速机构;设计应用“胶囊+沉淀”复合式电机保护器,提升了在斜度较大井段的适应性;借助GPRS终端平台实现系统的远程实时闭环监控,提升了系统的可靠性.开展了15口井矿场试验,最长连续生产时间973 d,最大下深1 704 m.相比应用前,泵效提高35%,系统效率提高2.5%,节电率33.3%.
