基于FAHP-模糊综合评判方法的测试分离器选型优化

摘要

As an important part in the process of crude oil production,the selection of test separator has some complexity and fuzziness.The steps of FAHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are analyzed in this paper,the influencing factors of the test separator are considered,and a hierarchical structure decision model is established.Based on the FAHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation result is obtained.A software system for intelligent selection of test separator is developed,and the correctness of the calculation process is verified by a practical case.%测试分离器选型是原油生产工艺中的重要环节,其过程中存在一定的复杂性和模糊性.分析了FAHP-模糊综合评判方法的步骤,综合考虑测试分离器的影响因素,建立了递阶层次结构决策模型,通过FAHP-模糊综合评判方法得到综合评价优化结果.开发了测试分离器智能选型软件系统,以实际案例验证了上述计算过程的正确性.
