钻井液防喷溅工具的技术现状及发展趋势

Drilling fluid splash prevention tool is a key component for drilling tool connection.It has positive practical significance for avoiding pollution and bringing the advantages of security,effectiveness,and economy.Based on foreign and domestic literature on the technology in recent years,the latest development such as structure principle,technical parameters and performance characteristics were introduced and discussed.Finally,the future development trend was presented and the suggestions were put forward for development direction of the technology.%钻井液防喷溅工具是解决管柱连接作业过程中钻井液喷溅问题的关键工具,对于避免污染、保证安全生产和提高生产效率起到十分重要的作用.介绍了国内外钻井液防喷溅技术及工具的发展概况,并就代表目前该项技术发展水平的国内外产品,分别从结构原理、技术参数以及性能特点等方面对其技术现状进行了重点阐述.分析了我国钻井液防喷溅工具与国外同类产品的差距,及该技术未来的发展趋势,提出了钻井液防喷溅技术及工具的研究建议.
