番禺30-1气田水平井精细防砂研究与实践

         

摘要

番禺30-1气田是以水平井开发为主的海上深水气田,生产时地层出砂,必须采用先期防砂完井才能投产.海上深水气田开发的高成本决定了其防砂措施必须可靠,因此需要确定该气田水平井采用的高级优质筛管的防砂层结构和综合挡砂精度.采用实际的地层岩心,通过室内出砂模拟实验确定了高级优质筛管防砂的合理挡砂精度,获得了不同于常规的防砂设计准则.生产实践表明,采用出砂模拟实验确定的挡砂精度比直接采用防砂准则设计的挡砂精度更加可靠,防砂后产量高,防砂效果好,为此类气田进行精细防砂设计提供了新的思路.%The Panyu 30-1 gas field in deep water is mainly developed by horizontal wells and its formation is easy to sand, so it is necessary to adopt pre-sand control when put into production. The high investment cost for deep offshore gas fields' development has determined that sand control must be reliable and secure, and the research about the advanced high quality screen structure and block sand precision is necessary. By using the actual formation core, this paper determined the suitable precision of sand blocking with advanced high quality screen through experiments, and got the new sand controlling design criteria which is different from the conventional one. The actual production figures show the gas wells had high yield and good sand control effect after sand controlling, which provides a new fine-sand design idea for the sand control in such kinds of gas fields. At the same time, specific research and practice indicate that the block sand precision determined by the sanding simulation experiment is more reliable than those by sanding design criteria.
