基于医院管理信息系统中护理工作量分析的应用探讨

     

摘要

Objective:To establish the nursing management data platform based on HIS (hospital information system)and discuss the application of statistical analysis of number and amount of nursing work in management information system.Methods:The basic database of number and amount of nursing work items (hours)was es-tablished,based on the HIS platform;the nursing workload in 2013 was calculated,and the EXCEL was used to analyze the nursing number and amount sequence of workload,calculate and classify the composition ratio of the working hours based on ward unit,and the total working hours,average working hours of inpatient bed days were sequence based on ward unit,and the control chart was used to analyze the per capita nursing hours in ev-ery ward in 2013.Results:Nursing work number and quantity had different sequence,The basic care,critical care,routine operation respectively accounted for the 55.24%,18.21%,26.55% of total working hours;the to-tal working hours and the average hours of hospital bed days in each ward were reduced to a ladder in the whole year.The per capita working hours in the wards in 3 departments was beyond the control upper line,and that in 5 departments was lower than the control below line.Conclusion:Counting workload could be used to establish quality control indicators monitoring and material management information module;nursing work hour was used for establishment of nursing human resources management module,which provided decisions for the nurse level configuration,performance allocation,ward classification,quality evaluation,team and individual appraisal.%[目的]建立基于医院信息系统(HIS)的护理管理数据平台,探讨护理工作数和量统计分析在管理信息系统中应用。[方法]基于 HIS平台,建立护理工作项目的数和量(工时)基础数据库;导出2013年护理工作量,用 Excel 统计分析工作量的数和量排序,计算分类工时的构成比,并以病房为单位进行总工时、住院床日平均工时排序,用管制图分析2013年各病房的人均护理工时。[结果]护理工作数和量排序不同,全院的基础护理、危重护理、常规操作分别占总工时的55.24%、18.21%、26.55%;各病房全年总工时和住院床日平均工时成阶梯状递减;病房的人均工时管制图有3个科超出控制线的上限,5个科低于控制线的下限。[结论]可用计数法工作量建立质量控制指标监测和耗材物资管理信息模块;用护理工时建立护理人力管理模块,为护士层级配置、绩效分配、病房分类、质量评价、团队和个人评优提供决策。
