克罗恩病病人心理健康状况及其影响因素研究进展

摘要

就克罗恩病(CD)病人心理健康状况及其影响因素进行综述，分析不良心理状况与疾病复发的关系，提出未来可进行多中心、大样本的量性研究或患病体验的质性研究，为实施针对性心理干预提供依据和指导。%It reviewed the mental health status and its influencing factors of Crohn’s disease (CD)patients.It analyzed the relationship between the bad psychological state and the recurrence of the disease,and put forward the multi center and large sample size of quantitative research may be carried out in the future or the qualitative research on illness experience,so as to provide the basis and guidance for the implementation of targeted psycho-logical intervention.
