杭州市某社区不同年龄、性别人群人体成分分析

     

摘要

Objective:To understand the status quo and existing problems of body composition distribution in community population in Hangzhou and to provide theoretical references for prevention and control of obesity and other potential diseases in community residents.Methods:A body composition analyzer was used to test body composition of volunteers in a community in Hangzhou from April 2016 to June and the results were ana lyzed.Results:A total of 286 community residents took part in the test,including 100 men and 186 women,the male BMI(24.62±2.50)kg/m2 in the middle-age group which had reachedthe overweight level,the BMI of the middle-aged and elderly women was(23.66±3.15)kg/m2 and(23.14±2.86)kg/m2,which were close to the overweight level.Overweight and obese men accounted for 39.0%,overweight and obese women accounted for 31.7%,overweight and obesity detection rate of men were higher than those of women.The differences of body water,protein,muscle mass,body fat,bone mass and body mass index among different age groups of residents were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of body water,protein,muscle mass,bone mass,body fat rate,body mass index,waist hip ratio and health score between different genders of residents were sta tistically significant(P<0.05).A regression model was established based on gender,age,weight,body fat content,bone mass,body fat rate,body mass index and visceral fat to explain 62.9% of the total variation in residents' health score.Conclusions:Bioelectrical impedance analysis could be used to measure various tissue components in human body,overweight and obesity rate in men were higher than that of women.It suggested that residents must pay attention to balance nutrition diet,regular physical exercise,maintain normal body mass index and prevent obesity and other related diseases.%[目的]了解杭州市社区人群人体成分分布的现状及存在的问题,为社区居民肥胖等潜在疾病的预防和控制提供理论参考依据.[方法]2016年4月 6月使用人体成分分析仪对杭州市某社区自愿参加测试的人群进行人体成分的测试,并对测试结果进行分析.[结果]共有286名社区居民参加测试,其中男100人,女186人,中年组男性体重指数(24.62±2.50)kg/m2,已达到超重水平,中年组和老年组女性的体重指数分别为(23.66±3.15)kg/m2和(23.14±2.86)kg/m2,已经接近超重水平.男性超重和肥胖者占39.0%,女性超重和肥胖者占31.7%,男性超重和肥胖检出率高于女性.不同年龄组居民身体水分、蛋白质、肌肉量、体脂肪量、骨质量、体重指数比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别居民身体水分、蛋白质、肌肉量、骨质量、体脂率、体重指数、腰臀比和健康评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).以性别、年龄、体重、体脂肪量、骨质量、体脂率、体重指数和内脏脂肪建立回归模型,可解释居民健康评分总变异的62.9%.[结论]应用生物电阻抗法可以测量人体体内的各种组织成分,男性超重和肥胖率高于女性,提示居民一定要注意均衡营养饮食、定期进行体育锻炼,保持正常的体重指数,防止肥胖等相关疾病的发生.
