院外延续护理在糖尿病足高危病人中的应用

摘要

[目的]探讨院外延续护理在糖尿病足高危病人中的应用效果.[方法]选取84例糖尿病足高危病人随机分为干预组和对照组各42例,对照组出院后采取常规随访,干预组出院后实施延续护理,观察两组病人入院时和出院3个月后的血糖控制情况、出院6个月后的足部护理能力和生存质量.[结果]出院6个月后干预组病人足部护理能力评分为56.69分±5.25分,生存质量评分为45.81分±7.19分,优于对照组(52.52分±5.43分,49.69分±5.23分),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]对出院的糖尿病足高危病人实施延续护理有利于提高病人的足部护理能力及生存质量.%Objective:To explore application effect of continuous of care after discharge for high risk patients with diabetic foot.Methods:A total of 84 patients with high risk of diabetic foot were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,42 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine follow-up after discharge,and the patients in intervention group received continuous care after discharge.The blood glucose control of two groups of patients was observed on admission and 3 months after discharge.The foot nursing ability and the quality of life of the patients 6 months after discharge were observed.Results:At 6 months after discharge,the foot nursing ability score of patients in intervention group was 56.69±5.25,quality of life score was 45.81±7.19,which were higher than those in control group(52.52±5.43,49.69±5.23),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Continuous of care for high risk patients with diabetic foot was helpful to improve the patient's foot care ability and quality of life.
