Objective:To probe into the content of prescription rights and form of prescription of Chinese midwives in specific circumstances.Methods:A total of 18 nursing specialists and 14 medical specialists were consulted to analyze the reliability of the expert opinion by using the Delphi method to determine the specific circumstances of the prescription right,the prescription content and the prescription form.Results:Midwives could cause partial prescription of six specific conditions for uterine contraction fatigue,excessive uterine contraction,postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membranes,normal childbirth and neonatal asphyxia,and in these six specific circumstances 20 drug prescriptions and 13 auxiliary check prescriptions.51.5% of the drug and adjuvant check prescriptions tended to be independent prescription,30.3% of them tended to agreement prescription,and 18.2% of both prescriptions were close.Conclusions:The part of prescription rights should be given to the midwives,so as to enhance professional autonomy and professionalism.%[目的]探讨我国助产士在特定情况下的处方权内容及处方形式.[方法]采用德尔菲法对18名护理专家和14名医疗专家进行咨询,对专家意见的可靠性进行分析,确定助产士处方权的特定情况、处方权内容及处方形式.[结果]助产士可以开具部分处方的6种特定情况为子宫收缩乏力、子宫收缩过强、产后出血、胎膜早破、正常分娩和新生儿窒息,以及在这6种特定情况下可以开具的20个药物处方和13个辅助检查处方,其中51.5%的药物或辅助检查处方倾向于独立处方,30.3%倾向于协议处方,18.2%两种处方形式接近.[结论]应给予助产士部分处方权,以提升助产专业的自主性及专业性.
