基于理论构建的远程干预对糖尿病病人管理效果的Meta分析

摘要

Objective:To systematically evaluate the management effect of telephone or mobile phone remote intervention based on theoretical construction on diabetes patients.Method:The computer retrieved a randomized controlled trial of telephone or mobile phone remote intervention based on theoretical construction on diabetes patients,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Meta Analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software after independent screening of literatures,extraction of data and quality evaluation.Result:A total of 17 documents were included.Meta analysis showed that the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients based on the theoretical intervention group was lower than that of the control group [MD=-0.19,95 ％CI(-0.34,-0.04),P =0.01],but the total score of self management activity was higher than that of the control group[MD=0.31,95％CI(0.06,0.56),P=0.01].Conclusions:The intervention effect of theory based remote intervention on diabetes patients' blood glucose and self management behavior was better than that of conventional management,but the construction of remote intervention should be based on appropriate health behavior theory and still needed to be verified by high quality research.%[目的]系统评价基于理论构建的电话或手机远程干预对糖尿病痛人管理的效果.[方法]计算机检索基于理论构建的电话或手机远程干预糖尿病的随机对照试验,按照文献的纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料、质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析.[结果]共纳入1 7篇文献;Meta分析结果显示:基于理论构建的远程干预组病人的糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组[MD=-0.19,95％CI(-0.34,-0.04),P=0.01],自我管理活动总分高于对照组[MD=0.31,95％CI(0.06,0.56),P=0.01].[结论]基于理论构建的远程干预对糖尿病病人血糖及自我管理行为的干预效果优于常规管理,但远程干预的构建应基于适当的健康行为理论,仍需高质量的研究进一步验证.
