循证护理对恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性的应用研究

摘要

目的:通过循证护理(EBN)的方法为恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性问题提供科学的护理干预,从而提高精神分裂症患者的治疗效果和生活质量.方法:将符合标准的160例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各80例.对照组采用精神科常规治疗和护理,观察组则在常规治疗的同时依据循证护理路径.分别在入组时、入院2个月、出院时进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分及服药依从性(自制表格)评定.结果:观察组患者在入院2个月及出院时服药依从性改善程度高于对照组(P＜0.05),对降低复发率有明显效果.结论:循证护理是提高恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性问题的有效护理方法,循证护理对提高恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性有着积极的促进作用.%Objective:Through the evidence - based nursing ( EBN ) method for convalescence schizophrenia medication adherence problems provide scientific nursing intervention, to improve the therapeutic effect of schizophrenia and the quality of life. Conclusion: Evidence - based nursing is effective nursing way to improve recovery patients with schizophrenia medication adherence problems valid. Evidence -based nursing could promote medication adherence of patients with schizophrenia, in recovery stage.
