Objective:To explore the influence of early enteral nutrition therapy and nursing on the prognosis hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 103 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the sooner or later were divided into early EN group and delay EN group. To compare the differences with hospital mortality rates and infection ( such as hospital acquired pneumonia, urinary tract infection, hematosepsis , and so on )of two groups. Results:The early EN group, hospital - acquired pneumonia and the incidence of sepsis, in - hospital mortality were lower than that of the delay EN group, ICU hospitalization time also obvious short delay EN group, the difference were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ). In - hospital mortality and hematoma volume, initial GCS score, bleeding within the hospital, ventricles acquired pneumonia and the incidence of sooner or later significant correlation. Conclusion:Early EN treatment and nursing can reduce patients get pneumonia and hematosepsis, reduce the incidence of in - hospital mortality, improve outcomes in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.%目的:探讨早期肠内营养治疗和护理对高血压颅内出血患者预后的影响.方法:将我科收治的103例高血压颅内出血患者按肠内营养实施的早晚分为早期肠内营养组和延迟肠内营养组,比较两组患者住院时间、死亡率以及感染(如医院获得性肺炎、泌尿系感染以及败血症等)发生率的差异.结果:早期肠内营养组医院获得性肺炎和败血症的发生率、患者住院死亡率均低于延迟肠内营养组,重症监护病房住院时间也明显短于延迟肠内营养组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).患者住院死亡率与血肿体积、初始GCS评分、脑室出血情况、医院内获得性肺炎发生率以及实施肠内营养的早晚显著相关.结论:早期对高血压颅内出血患者行肠内营养治疗和护理能降低患者获得性肺炎和败血症的发生率,降低患者住院死亡率,改善患者预后.
