实施护理告知及电话回访对SAHS患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的:探讨护理告知及电话回访对患者院外生活质量的影响.方法:对56例睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行护理告知及电话回访,改善他们院外不良生活方式及习惯,提供健康需求,帮助解决问题.结果:护理告知及电话回访改善了患者的不良生活习惯,使患者能自觉减少或者避免疾病的易患因素.结论:护理告知及电话回访促进医患关系和谐,使患者更好地进行自我保健,提高生活质量.%Objective:To study the influence of calling back interview on the quality of patients' life outside the hospital with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:Calling back 56 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome , improving their bad life style,habits and offering health needs,in order to help them to solve some problems.Results:Care to inform and calling back interview improved the patients' bad habits,so that patients will voluntarily reduce or avoid the risk factors of disease.Conclusion:Care to inform and calling back interview promoted physician - patient relationship harmoniously, patients can enjoy better self - care and improve quality of their lives.
