Objective: To investigate the condition of Henan nursing students' knowledge and attitude towards pain, in order to provide evidence for teaching. Methods: 240 nursing students were surveied with nurses' knowledge and attitude survey regarding pain. Results: The average score of students was ( 14.48 ±4.25 ) and accuracy rate was 34.94%. There was no significant difference in diverse education levels ( P > 0.05 ), but there was significant difference in them whether trained about pain in internship( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Nursing students generally lack of knowledge towards pain,it can be improved by teaching. It is suggested to develop the pain nursing course in school and provide training of pain knowledge in internship.%目的:了解护理专业大学生对疼痛认知的现状,为疼痛护理教育提供依据.方法:采用疼痛知识和态度调查问卷(NKASRP)对某地四所高校护理专业学生240人进行问卷调查.结果:大学生的平均得分(14.48±4.25)分,平均正确率为34.94%;不同教育程度的护理大学生得分差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),但实习期间接受过疼痛知识培训者得分与未接受过培训者得分有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论:护理专业大学生普遍缺乏疼痛知识,培训可以提高其对疼痛的认知.建议学校将疼痛知识的学习纳入护理学课程体系,实习期间提供多种形式的疼痛知识培训.
