Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect, safety and nursing of tacrolimus ointment combined with topical PUVA therapy vitiligo. Methods:42 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=22 )and control group( n=20 ). The treatment group were given tacrolimus ointment ( with 0.01％ tacrolimus and two times a day, ＜ 12 years old with 0.03％ tacrolimus )combined with topical PUVA therapy( two times one week );the control group were treated by normal drug therapy. To compare the effect and adverse reaction of two groups, Results: No statistical difference can be detected between the two groups( P ＞ 0.05 ), but their adverse reaction incidence had statistical difference( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion: The study demonstrates that tacrolimus ointment combined with topical PUVA therapy were effective and safe in treatment of vitiligo.%目的:探讨运用他克莫司软膏外用联合PUVA局部照射治疗白癜风的疗效、安全性及护理对策.方法:将42例患者随机分为治疗组22例及对照组20例,治疗组予PUVA局部照射每周2次,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏(<12岁者用0.03%他克莫司软膏)每日2次,对照组采用常规药物治疗.比较两组的疗效及不良反应.结果:他克莫司软膏外用联合PUVA局部照射治疗白癜风与常规药物治疗组比较疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),但不良反应少(P<0.05).联合治疗较单纯外用他克莫司软膏比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:他克莫司软膏外用联合PUVA局部照射治疗白癜风安全有效.
