启动应急护理对严重多发伤患者抢救效果的影响

摘要

目的:探讨启动应急护理对严重多发伤患者抢救有效时间和抢救成功率的影响.方法:将102例严重多发伤患者随机分成应急护理组(简称应急组)和对照组各51例,分别接受应急护理和常规护理.比较两组患者抢救成功有效时间、抢救成功率和满意度.结果:应急组有效抢救时间明显少于对照组(P＜0.01),抢救成功率及患者满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),病死率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:启动应急护理能够争取在最短时间内抢救严重多发伤患者,提高了抢救成功率,同时改善了护患关系.%Objective: To discuss the effect of start the emergency nursing to the seriously multiple injury patient ' s save useful time and save succed rate.Methods: 102 cases with seriously multiple injury patients were randomly divided into emergency nursing group ( the emergency group ), and control group,51 cases in each group, received the emergency nursing and the normal nursing respectively.To compare two groups patients of the useful time of save succed , save succed rate and satisfaction of two groups.Results: The emergency group useful save time was markedly shorten than the control group( P ＜ 0.01 ).Save succed rate was markedly higher than the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Patient' s mortality lower than control group( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion: Start the emergency nursing could be win in the shortest time to save the seriously multiple injuy patient , rise the save succed rate , and improved the relation of nurse and patient.
