目的:提高医院感染监控水平,降低漏报率.方法:采用回顾性调查分析梳理医院感染病例漏报原因,探讨其解决办法.结果:2007年～2008年医院感染漏报率分别为36.95%、33.03%,2009年1～9月医院感染漏报情况逐步改善,漏报率降为16.30%.结论:通过加强组织领导和全员参与管理,加强宣传教育与感控专业培训,完善规章制度和改进工作流程相结合,加强实时监控与感染目标监测,加强微生物检测与抗菌药物合理应用"五个结合",可降低感染漏报率,最终实现医院感染控制目标.%Objective:To raise the level of nosocomial infection surveillance and reduce the rate of underreport. Methods:Using a retrospective survey to hackle the reasons of hospital infection underreport and then to discuss the solutions. Results:The underreport rate of hospital infection in 2007 and 2008 were 36.95％ and 33.03％ respectively. In January to September of 2009,the underreport circumstances of nosocomial infection was improving gradually and the rate of underreport was 16.30％. Conclusion: By strengthening the organizational guidance and full participation in the management, stepping up publicity and education as well as professional training in infection control, perfecting bylaw and mending work - flow, strengthening real - time control and infection target detection,enhancing microbial detection and the rational use of antibacterial. Those five- combination can reduce the rate of the infection underreport and finally achieve the control goal of the nosocomial infection.
