抗反流尿袋在泌尿外科的应用与观察

摘要

目的:探讨抗反流尿袋在泌尿外科的应用效果.方法:选取160例住院泌尿外科留置尿管患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组各80例,实验组采用抗反流尿袋一周更换1次尿袋,对照组采用普通尿袋每天更换1次尿袋,然后分别在留置尿管后的第3、7、10、14 d留取尿培养标本送检.结果:两组患者留置尿管时间的长短与菌尿阳性发生率呈正相关,第3 d两组菌尿阳性率无统计学差异(P＞0.05),第7、10、14 d实验组菌尿阳性率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:抗返流引流袋可以减少泌尿外科患者因留置导尿引起的尿路感染,同时也减轻了护士的工作量.%Objective:To investigate the effects of applying anti - regurgitation drainage pack in urology surgery.Methods :160 patients in urology with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 80 patients in each group the experimental group change the anti - regurgitation drainage pack weekly and the control group change the common urine collection bags daily.The uric samples were collected to send germiculture on the 3rd day,7th day, 10th day, 14th day separately.Results: The length of time of indwelling catheter in two groups were positively correlated with the bacteriuria positive rate on the third day,but the incidence of bacteriuria of applying anti - regurgitation drainage pack wss obviously lower than applying the common urine collection bags on the 7th day, 10th day and 14th day( P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: Applying anti -regurgitation drainage pack isn't only reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection,but also decease the work - load of nurses.
