影响2型糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的因素及护理干预

摘要

Objective:To study the effect of self monitoring of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus related factors and nursing countermeas-rnures. Methods;Used questionnaire survey, 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated, understanding patients blood glucose meter havernand use conditions, glucose monitoring methods of operation, and diabetes knowledge education. Results:Patients on blood glucose self - monitoring aspectrnknowledge was insufficient, the blood sugar instrument has rate was not high, the frequency of monitoring, operation method was not correct, the low rate ofrnglucose meter control. Conclusion:Medical staff should strengthen pair of diabetic patients and their families the diabetes knowledge health education, strivernfor social resources and family support to improve patients compliance to self- monitoring of blood glucose, can improve patients' quality of life.%目的:探讨影响2型糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的相关因素及护理对策.方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对住院200例2型糖尿病患者进行调查,了解患者血糖仪的拥有及使用情况,血糖监测的操作方法,并对糖尿病患者进行相关知识教育.结果:患者对血糖自我监测方面知识认识不够,血糖仪拥有率不高,监测频率少,操作方法不正确,血糖仪质控率低.结论:医护人员要加强对糖尿病患者及家属进行糖尿病知识的健康教育,争取社会资源和家庭支持提高患者自我血糖监测的依从性,能提高患者的生活质量.
