联合社工开展外科护士减压活动的实践探讨

摘要

Objective: To understand our surgical nurses' psychological state, and discuss possibility and efficiency of enhancing level of the nurses' psychological health by cooperating with our community workers. Methods:Designed four section group decompression series of activities,to nurses involved in activities before and offer the use of Symptom Checklist -90 score compared with nationd norm. Results:The elements such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression , anxiety, oppression, paranoid, bodily symptoms in SCL - 90 are more serious than the average national standard (P < 0. 05 ) , and can be improved obviously by our intervention. Conclusion:The level of the nurses' psychological health can be improved by a four - steps stress reduction program cooperating with our community workers.%目的:了解外科护士的心理健康状况,探讨与医院社工合作开展小组减压活动缓解护士压力的有效性和可行性.方法:设计4节小组减压系列活动,对护士参与活动前后采用症状自评量表进行评分比较,并和全国常模进行比较.结果:干预前护士SCL- 90人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、强迫、偏执、躯体化症状均高于全国常模(P＜0.05),经干预后其症状得到改善.结论:联合社工开展减压活动能有效改善临床护士的心理健康状况.
