目的:探讨临床护理路径在冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用效果.方法:将120例冠心病介入治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例.观察组实施临床护理路径护理,对照组给予常规护理.比较两组患者治疗后焦虑、抑郁量表评分及并发症、负性效应发生率与满意率.结果:观察组患者介入治疗后并发症、负性效应的发生率低于对照组(p＜0.05),护理服务过程的满意度和健康教育的满意度均高于对照组(P＜0.05),焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:实施临床护理路径,能够减少冠心病介入治疗患者的并发症,提高患者满意度与护理质量.%Objective :To discuss the application of clinical nursing pathway ( CNP) in interveaticnal therapy for the patients with coronary heart disease and its nursing efficacy. Methods: 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each consisting of 60 cases. The observation group received CNP,while the control group received routine nursing care in conventional nursing mode. Results;The incidence rate of negative effect was markedly lower in the observation group than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the patient and the health education of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the anxiety and depression of patients with degree was reliever than before, with a significant difference between two groups, ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: CNP could reduced the negative effect incidence, enhanced the patient satisfaction, increased the comprehensive nursing quality and reduced the anxiety and depression of patients in interventional therapy for the patients with coronary heart disease.
