新毕业护士医嘱处理中存在的问题分析及对策

摘要

目的:了解新毕业护士医嘱处理中存在的问题,分析原因并采取对策.方法:采用“问题医嘱”对该院159名新毕业护士进行现场测试.结果:新毕业护士不能完全胜任医嘱处理工作.结论:需加强护生及新毕业护士医嘱处理的教学与实践,提高新毕业护士的医嘱处理能力.%Objective:To understand the problems of physician order processing among new graduate nurses in a 3A - level hospital, analyze the causes and take counter — measures. Methods:The 159 new graduate nurses in the hospital were tested by "problem Prescription ". Results:New graduate nurses were not fully competent physician order processing. Conclusions:In order to improve the ability in new graduate nurses,it's necessary to strengthen physician order processing's teaching and practicing in nursing students and new graduate nurses.
