新形势下护士工作倦怠与自我效能水平的调查研究

     

摘要

Objective; To explore the job burnout and self - efficacy level among nurses. Methods: The nurses were given several questionnaire which include Demographic data, Maslach burnout inventory and General self-efficacy scale, Results:The score of emotional exhaustion was (17.36 ±10.22). The Self-efficacy score was (4.17 ±4.13). The score of personal accomplishment was (12. 19 ±7.70). The self- esteem level was (25.08 ±4.49). Self-esteem has no correlation with emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment(r= -0.25,r= -0.14,P>0.01), but has significantly positive correlation with personal accomplishment(r = 0.40,P <0.01). Conclusion:The stress level is mild. The self -efficacy level among nurses is excellent. There are no significant correlation between Self - esteem and emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment. But self - esteem has correlation with personal accomplishment.%[目的]:了解优质护理服务实施过程中护士的工作倦怠水平及自我效能水平.[方法]:采用工作倦怠感量表及自我效能量表对临床护士进行问卷调查.[结果]:工作倦怠中情绪疲倦感得分为(17.36土10.22)分,工作冷漠感得分为(4.17 ±4.13)分,均为低度倦怠;个人成就感得分为( 12.19±7.70)分,属于高个人成就感.自我效能感得分为(25.08±4.49)分,自信心处于较高水平.自我效能与个人成就感呈显著正相关(r=0.40,P<0.01),而与情绪倦怠、工作冷漠感之间无显著相关性(r=-0.25,r=-0.14,P>0.01).[结论]:护士的工作倦怠感低,自我效能水平较高,自我效能与情绪疲倦、工作冷漠之间无明显相关性,与个人成就感显著相关.
