小剂量肝素加地塞米松在预防剖宫产术后出血的效果观察及护理

摘要

目的:探讨小剂量肝素加地塞米松预防剖宫产产后出血的效果.方法:选取2011年1月～2012年1月所收治的存在高危产后出血因素的剖宫产孕妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组术前给予剖宫产常规护理,观察组给予小剂量肝素加地塞米松.两组产妇术后均给予宫体注射缩宫素20U.观察两组患者产后出血发生情况.结果:观察组产后出血率低于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:小剂量肝素加地塞米松在预防产后出血中效果显著,无不良反应.%Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose heparin plus dexamethasone in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods:Chose from January 2011 to January 2012 admitted to the existence of factors of pregnant women with cesarean section of 80 cases with high risk of postpartum hemorrhage,were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing before cesarean section,the observation group was given small dose heparin and dexamethasone.Two groups of patients were treated with the injection of oxytocin 20 U.Two groups were observed in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Results:In the observation group than in the control group the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage volume was less than the control group,the two group were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:A low-dose of heparin and dexamethasone in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage significant effect,no adverse reaction.
