温经活血散外敷治疗留置针致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of the self-made traditional Chinese medicine (wenjing Huoxue Pulvis) on the phlebitis caused by external application in the treatment of venous indwelling.Methods:Chose 120 cases of the phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was with 50％ magnesium sulfate hydropathic compress,while the treatment group with the the topical application using the self-made traditional Chinese medicine (Wenjing Huoxue Pulvis).The clinical effect of two groups after the treatment for 3 to 5 days were observed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group.The differences of the therapeutic effects between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of the self-made traditional Chinese medicine (Wenjing Huoxue Pulvis) was significantly good on the phlebitis caused by external application in the treatment of venous indwelling,which was deserved to be recommended with the simple and practicable way.%目的:探讨自制中药温经活血散外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效.方法:选择静脉留置针所致静脉炎患者120例,将其随机分为对照组64例和观察组56例,对照组用50％硫酸镁溶液湿敷,观察组用自制中药温经活血散外敷局部,治疗3～5d后观察两组患者疗效.结果:观察组患者疗效高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:自制中药温经活血散外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎,方法简单,效果明显,值得临床推广应用.
