精神病专科医院医院感染现患率调查分析

摘要

目的:了解精神病专科医院医院感染的基本分布状况及其特点,为修订医院感染控制措施提供依据.方法:采用横断面调查的方法,床旁调查与住院病历调查相结合,对调查日在院患者的情况进行统计分析.结果；共调查住院患者290例,实查率100％.医院感染现患率4.14％,医院感染部位以呼吸道为主,占50％；抗菌药物使用率14.14％；治疗性使用抗生素病原学送检率37.50％.结论:医院感染现患率调查能比较真实地反映专科医院医院感染现状,提示专科医院应根据专科特点采取感染控制措施.%Objective;To understand the conditions of basic contribution and the peculiarity of infection within hospital in mental hospital,in order to offer bases for revisivion of the controlling measures of infection in special mental hospitals. Methods:By way of cross section, to surrey at the bed side in combination with the case histories of inpatiants.and to do the statistic analyses of the inpatiants' conditions on the very day of surrey. Results;A total of 290 cases surveyed ,the actual investigation rate was 100% ,the present rate of infection in hospital was 4.14%. The site of the infection in hospital were mainly the respiratory tract,and the occupation was 50%. The rate of antibiotic used was 14.14%. The examination rate of etiology of antibiotic used in treatment was 37.50%. Conclusion: The survey of the present rate of infection within hospital can comparatively truly reflects the present conditions of infection within hospital in special hospitals. Prompting us to adopt the controlling measures of infection in special hospitals,according to the picuriality of the special hospitals.
