音乐疗法在甲状腺肿瘤病人围术期的应用效果研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application effect of music intervention in perioperative period of patients with thyroid surgery.Methods:102 cases of thyroid adenoma were divided into two groups,50 cases were selected as observation group and given music intervention,52 cases were selected as control group and given conventional operation.Indexes including changes of blood pressure and heart rate of all cases before and after operation were observed.Results:The fluctuation extent of both blood pressure and heart rate of test group patients in perioperative period was smaller than the control group,there was statistical significance difference compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Music intervention in perioperative period of patients with thyroid surgery can lower the anxiety level and fluctuation extent of both blood pressure and heart rate of patients.%目的:探讨音乐治疗在甲状腺肿瘤病人围手术期的临床应用效果.方法:将102例甲状腺腺瘤病人随机分为2组,50例接受音乐治疗的病人为观察组,52例接受常规治疗的病人为对照组,观察两组病人术前及术后血压、心率变化.结果:观察组病人术前及术后血压、心率波动幅度较小,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:甲状腺肿瘤病人围手术期应用音乐治疗,可减轻其焦虑情绪,降低血压及心率的波动.
