激素治疗发生股骨头坏死的相关因素分析及护理对策

摘要

Objective:To investigate the hormone treatment of femoral head necrosis complications related behavioral factors and nursing counteimeasures. Methods:20 cases of patients with long - term usage of hormone analysis on the occurrence of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, and hormone therapy in pa-tients with nursing countermeasures. Results:Do not care about calcium supplements, symptoms were not typical failed to give attention, non-compliance, did not understand the medical imaging, economic constraints was the cause of femoral head necrosis. Through informed, medication guides, activity guide, prevented and reduced the occurrence of complications. Conclusion;The systematic analysis of femoral head necrosis complications related misconduct, has important guiding significance in clinical nursing to prevent complications.%目的:探讨激素治疗发生股骨头坏死的相关因素分析及护理对策.方法:选择20例长期应用激素患者,对其发生股骨头坏死的原因进行分析,并对激素治疗患者提出护理对策.结果:不重视补钙、症状不典型未予重视、不遵医行为、不理解医学影像检查、经济状况制约是诱发股骨头坏死的原因.通过履行告知、用药指导、活动指导等宣教,可防止或减少并发症发生.结论:系统分析发生股骨头坏死并发症的相关不当行为,在临床护理工作中对防止并发症发生具有重要指导意义.
