系统性护理应用于消化性溃疡的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of systemic nursing used in peptic ulcer. Methods:182 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were given same drug therapy, control group were given routine nursing,while the experimental group were given systemic nursing on base of basic nursing. Results: The total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group, and recurrence rate in half year was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Systemic nursing used for peptic ulcer, has positive role l for enhancing clinical effect and decreasing recurrence rate, so it deserves considering in clinical work.%目的：：观察系统性护理干预应用于消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：选择182例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机等分为观察组和对照组。两组均采用相同的药物治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予系统性护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果及复发情况。结果：观察组治疗效果优于对照组，半年复发患者少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：系统性护理模式应用于消化性溃疡患者，对提高治疗效果和降低复发率具有积极作用，值得临床借鉴应用。
