支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗支气管扩张感染的疗效观察

摘要

目的：：探讨支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗支气管扩张感染的临床疗效。方法：将2011年6月~2013年12月我院救治的100例支气管扩张感染患者随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗，对照组给予生理盐水灌洗治疗，对两组临床疗效进行对比。结果：灌洗治疗后观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，治疗后血氧饱和度以及动脉氧分压优于对照组，两组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗支气管扩张感染，临床疗效显著，无明显不良反应，值得临床广泛推广。%Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ambroxol bronchoalveolar lavage in treating bronchiectasis infection. Methods:100 cases of bronchi-ectasis infection from June 2011-December 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group was given ambroxol bronchoalveolar lavagetreatment,the control group was given routine saline lavage treatment. To compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results:Two groups of patients after lavage after treatment,total effective rate of observation group was better than the control group,hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,blood oxygen saturation,arterial partial pressure of oxygen were significantly better than the control group,there were signifi-cant differences of two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Bronchoalveolar lavage of ambroxol in treating bronchiectasis infection,clinical curative effect,no sig-nificant adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
