目的：探讨新型方法修复断裂的BD PICC导管。方法：选择导管破损患者2例，导管送管困难患者3例，在无菌操作下，将断裂的原导管轻轻向外拖移3 cm，用无菌剪刀将破裂导管尾部剪去，先将巴德导管末端连接器的减压套筒穿过留在体外的导管，然后再将导管与针芯柄对扣锁住。结果：2例导管破损患者使用该方法成功修复，在后续使用中均未出现漏液、脱落、堵管、感染。2例使用时间超过210 d，现仍在带管中。3例因送管困难患者中，1例留置216 d，后因死亡拔管；2例留置30 d拔管。结论：该种修复方法安全有效，值得临床推广应用。%Explored a new method to repair the ruptured BD silicone PICC catheter .Methods:The ruptured catheter was pulled gently outward 3 cm and the tail of ruptured catheter was cut off .Then the end connection device of Bard PICC catheter was moved through the ruptured catheter staying out-side of the body.The catheter and the core needle were jointed and the repairment was finished .Results:Two ruptured silicone PICC catheters were repaired successfully using this method and no leakage,separation,plugging and infection was observed in the subsequent use,they had used the repaired catheters more than 210 days.1 patient used 216 days and 2 patients used 30 days amang 3 patients with difficulty sending pipe .Conclusion:The repairing method mentioned in this paper was safe and useful.It is worth to be promoted.
