目的：探讨综合护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2012年9月～2013年9月来我院治疗的130例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，将其随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预，比较两组患者干预后抑郁、焦虑情况及治疗依从性。结果：观察组干预后抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗依从率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：综合护理干预能够缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高治疗依从性，改善生活质量。%To explore effect of comprehensive nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients .Methods:From September 2012 to Sep-tember 2013 in our hospital 130 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group .The control group received routine care,observation group implementation of comprehensive nursing based on the routine care .Two groups were compared after interven-tion with HAMD and HAMA score and treatment compliance .Results:The depression and anxiety score in the observation group after the intervention were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compliance with treatment of observation group was higher than the con-trol group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can alleviate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with anxiety and depression ,improve treatment compliance and quality of life .
