尿石症患者健康促进生活方式的调查分析

摘要

目的：调查尿石症患者健康促进生活方式的现状，分析其一般资料与健康促进生活方式的关系。方法：选取2012年1月~2013年2月我院泌尿外科101例尿石症患者进行自制的一般资料表和健康促进生活方式问卷进行调查。结果：不同病程时间、费用来源、职业、居住地、文化程度、家庭人均月收入患者的健康行为得分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：尿石症患者健康促进生活方式水平较差，积极开展以健康促进为目的的教育活动，提高患者健康促进生活方式水平。%Objective:To investigate the health-promoting lifestyle among patients with urolithiasis,and to analyze the influencing factors initially. Methods:By accidental sampling,a total of 101 urolithiasis patients from Jan. 2012-Feb. 2013 in our hospital were surveyed with basic information questionnaire and health-promoting lifestyle questionnaire. Results:The scores of health - promoting lifestyles were significantly different among the different groups of education background,profession, residence, family’s month - earning, payment means, time of disease history condition, educational levels, duration of the disease (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The health behavior of the urolithiasis patients was at general level or even below. In the future we may expand the sample size for the related factors, and actively carry out education activities for the purpose of health promotion to improve patient health promoting lifestyle level.
