延续护理在改善老年冠心病患者生活质量及焦虑情绪中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of continual nursing in improving the quality of life and anxiety in elderly patients with coronary heart dis-ease. Methods:Selected 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 and randomly di-vided them into routine group and continuation group. Conventional nursing intervention was given to the patients in the routine group. On the basis of this, continuing nursing intervention was given to the continuation group. The quality of life of patients was evaluated by using SF-36 scale. The anxiety status was assessed by SAS, a self-rating anxiety scale. The follow-up period was 12 months. The patients’ compliances, quality of life before and after inter-vention, anxiety at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months before and after the intervention were compared. Results:The patients’ compliance in the continua-tion group was better than that of the routine group (P<0. 05). After the intervention, the score of SF-36 in the continuation group was higher than that in the routine group (P<0. 05);after the intervention in the continuation group, the SAS scores of the continuation group at the third month, sixth month and twelfth month were significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Continual nursing intervention can effectively im-prove the medication compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and improve the quality of life and anxiety of the patients. It is worthy to be further popularized in clinical practice.%目的：：探讨延续护理在改善老年冠心病患者生活质量及焦虑情绪中的应用。方法：选取2013年6月~2015年7月我院确诊治疗的老年冠心病患者120例,并随机等分为常规组和延续组,常规组患者给予常规护理干预；延续组患者在此基础上给予延续护理干预。采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估患者生活质量,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估焦虑状态,随访12个月,观察患者遵医行为、干预前后生活质量及干预前、干预后3,6,12个月的焦虑情绪。结果：延续组患者遵医行为依从性优于常规组(P<0.05)；干预后延续组患者SF-36得分高于常规组(P<0.05)；延续组患者干预后3,6,12个月的SAS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：延续护理干预可有效提高老年冠心病患者的服药依从性,有利于改善患者的生活质量及焦虑情绪,值得临床作进一步推广。
