病床高度对神经内科患者跌倒因素的影响

摘要

Objective:To discuss the impact of hospital bed height to patients falls so to effectively reduce the number of patient falls. Methods:Randomly and evenly divided the 486 patients dated from July to December in 2015 into experimental group and control group,and adjusted the hospital bed height (including the height of the mattress)of the experimental group to 1 - 2 cm higher than the height of the knee - joint of the patients;and adjusted the hos-pital bed height(including the height of the mattress)of the control group to the minimum height of the bed(45 cm from the floor),and then compared the occurrence of falls and the grades of these two groups. Results:The fall occurrence rates of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Suitable height of the bed will effectively reduce the occurrences of falls.%目的：探讨病床高度对患者跌倒因素的影响，以便更有效地减少跌倒事件的发生。方法：将2015年7~12月收治的患者486例随机等分为试验组和对照组，试验组将病床高度（包括垫子的高度）调节至患者膝关节上1~2 cm；对照组将病床高度（包括垫子的高度）调节至床的最低高度（降到最低高度时距离地面为45 cm），比较两组患者跌倒发生情况及发生等级。结果：试验组患者跌倒发生率明显低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论：合适的病床高度能有效减少患者跌倒事件的发生。
