艾灸疗法在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用

摘要

Objective: To discuss application of moxibustion therapy for patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction .Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients having undergone anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with autologous tendon from January 2014 to April 2015 , and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group .Experimental group patients were treated with moxibustion therapy , while control group patients were treated with electromagnetic irradiation.Patients from both groups were observed separately for their pain degrees and swelling degrees on the 2, 3, 7 and 14 days after operation, and their knee joint flexion degrees were observed on the 7 and 14 days after operation.Results:Compared between two groups in terms of pain degrees and swelling degrees on the 3, 7 and 14 days after operation had statistical significances(P<0.05).Besides, Comparisons between two groups in terms of scores in knee joint flexion degrees on the 7 and 14 days after operation had statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying moxibustion therapy for patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can effectively alleviate postoperative pains and swellings , improve keen joint flexion de-grees for patients and facilitate early rehabilitation .%目的：探讨艾灸疗法在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用。方法：选择2014年1月～2015年4月膝关节前交叉韧带损伤行自体肌腱重建术患者60例，并随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用穴位艾灸疗法；对照组采用电磁波灯照射法，在术后2，3，7，14 d分别观察两组患者疼痛程度、肿胀程度及术后7，14 d患者膝关节屈曲度。结果：术后3，7，14 d两组患者的疼痛、肿胀程度比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05），术后7，14 d两组患者的膝关节屈曲度评分比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：艾灸疗法应用于膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后，能有效缓解患者术后疼痛、肿胀程度，改善患者的膝关节屈曲度，促进患者早日康复。
