目的：探讨评价案例教学法在糖尿病患者健康教育中的作用，以便更好地开展健康教育工作。方法：选择2013年3~5月我院新诊断为糖尿病的患者60例作为研究对象。将患者随机等分为试验组和对照组，试验组患者采用案例教学法进行定期的糖尿病健康教育；对照组患者给予常规健康教育，对比分析两组患者的自我管理能力及血糖控制情况。结果：试验组患者在饮食控制、规律运动、遵医嘱用药、监测血糖、足部护理、高低血糖的处理6个分量表的得分均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。试验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖和糖化血红蛋白均较对照组低，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。糖尿病相关知识知晓得分试验组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。结论：采用案例教学法进行糖尿病健康教育，能有效改善糖尿病患者的自我管理能力，更好地控制血糖，值得在护理工作中推广应用。%Objective:To discusses the role of evaluation of case teaching method in health education for patients with diabetes to better carry out health edu-cation work. Methods:We chose 60 patients with newly diagnosed with diabetes from March to May in 2013 as the research object. These Patients were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group. Treatment group were treated by regular diabetes health education with case teaching method, while the control group with routine health education. And the comparative analysis of two groups of patients is made in blood sugar control and self - man-agement ability. Results:The experimental group patients were higher in six subscales score than control group,namely in the diet,regular exercise,pre-scribed medication,monitoring of blood sugar,foot care,high and low blood sugar processing. These differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Compared with control group,the experimental group was lower in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,whose difference is statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the score of knowledge of diabe-tes,whose difference has statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The case teaching method in diabetes health educationcan effectively improve dia-betes self - management ability,better controlblood sugar,which is worthy of popularization and application in nursing work.
